Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your products quickly and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Method

We use trusted national carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your items safely and on time. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and product size.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

🌍 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or other international addresses at this time. 

📬 Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support at info@smallpethomes.com — we’re happy to assist. Please note that once your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed.
